Petites Causes, Grands Effets, O'Galop (Maurice Rossilon) 1912
With one other anti-booze film, Le circut de l'alcool(1912) and Pour résister à la tuberculose (1918)which suggests that one can "knock out" tuberculosis with fresh air and exercise rather than medicine.
Seems legit.
With subtitles and a more contemporary soundtrack.

Krazy Kat Goes A-Wooing, George Herriman and International Film services, 1916
Between 1916-1929, there was a series of very basically animated cartoons loosely based on Geoge Herriman's Krazy Kat. While they aren't nearly as visually rich as Herriman's strips, they do retain some of the linguistic charm via the dialogue, which is written in word balloons.

The Cameraman's Revenge, Ladislaw Starewicz, 1912
Strange stop motion animation tells a classic tale of lust and deceit among bugs.
This is a silent film. I highly recommend adding your own narration.
"Are you off to the city again darling?"
"Yes dear. You know, work, Busy busy!"
"Oh, honey, I'll miss you mwah mwah mwah!"
"CYA, you disgusting cow, I'm off to get me some strange!"
"What was that?"
"Ciao, my dearest, now, take care of our, uh, home on the range!"
and so on. Not too loud, though, people might think you're, y'know, kinda weird.
